Before Allium., there was simply a genuine love for garlic. We started our journey by founding The Garlic Shop, sourcing and celebrating the raw bulb. But during that process, we uncovered the science behind slow-aged black garlic. We realised it wasn't just a remarkable culinary ingredient. It was a powerhouse of bioactive compounds.
That discovery led us to rethink daily nutrition. We noticed how many people were taking handfuls of fragmented supplements every morning to hit their health goals. We wanted to simplify that by building comprehensive, multi-action formulas around black garlic. We named the brand allium., the Latin word for garlic, to honour the root of our research.
