Motus takes a different approach to joint support, guided by the body's own design. Opting for plant-based ingredients for their enhanced bioavailability, Motus relies on no single headline active.
The formula is structured the way a joint is: a connected system of bone, muscle, connective tissue and the fluid that cushions it. Each part is supported in the ways that matter most for a joint, from its function and comfort to its long-term health, so the whole structure is looked after rather than a single part of it.
1 Month Supply · Suitable for Vegans · Non GMO · GMP Certified · Made in the UK

Rooted in botanicals
A spectrum of plant actives, chosen to complement one another at the formula's botanical base.
Powered by compounds
Two compounds central to the joint itself: MSM, a source of sulphur, and hyaluronic acid, found in the fluid that cushions every movement.
Backed by nutrients
The vitamins and minerals working quietly behind the joint, supporting the bone, connective tissue and muscle that hold it in place.
Why we made this
"Thirty years at a desk, plus regular hiking and lifting, and by my mid-thirties my joints were already paying the price. What I could find came one ingredient at a time, a handful of bottles to get through, and none of it felt clean or considered. I wanted one proper formula I could actually trust. So that's what we set out to make."
Robert Veit
Founder, Allium Supplements
Plant-based, for more than the label.
The more we understood joint supplements, the more a plant-based formula made sense.
01
Pure, by design
Joint supplements are often shellfish-derived, which can mean exposure to a major allergen, potential blood-sugar concerns, and the microplastics that collect in marine sources. Motus offers a cleaner path.
02
Kind to your body
Plant-based ingredients are easier on the stomach, and with no harsh fillers or synthetic additives in the mix, Motus is made to sit comfortably, day after day.
03
Made for everyone
A formula that fits almost any life, whatever your dietary needs, beliefs or restrictions.
04
With sustainability in mind
Avoiding the strain that harvesting from the oceans and relying on animals can bring. A gentler choice for the planet, and one made without cruelty.
A realistic guide
Built to work over time.
Motus is designed for daily, cumulative use, supporting the joint as a whole system. Here's a realistic sense of the routine.
1
Week 1
Getting started
Two capsules a day begins daily support for the joint as a connected system — bone, connective tissue and muscle.
2
Weeks 2–4
Building the foundation
Consistent support for the maintenance of normal bones and the normal formation of connective tissue.
3
Weeks 4–8
The full system
Daily support for normal muscle function alongside bone and connective tissue — the parts that work together every time you move.
4
Week 8+
Your baseline
Motus is now a settled part of your routine — everyday support for the whole joint structure.
A quick note: this isn't a same-day-effect product. It's made for daily, cumulative use, and consistency over several weeks is what matters. This is a general guide to the routine, not a guarantee — everyone's different.

Not at all. Prolonged sitting at a desk or intense exercise all place demands on your body at any age – even if you don't feel it yet.
Motus takes a broader and more systemic approach where we focus on not only your connective tissue, but also the structure that supports it. Motus additionally takes a clean, no-filler approach designed for optimal bioavailability so you absorb what you consume.
Motus is generally well tolerated. In the event of any unexpected reaction, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.
