The Core Set brings Purus and Motus together as one daily routine, covering both how you feel and how you move. Each blend is developed for its own area of health, and together they work side by side to support the body as a whole rather than one part of it.
Purus supports immune defence, everyday energy and cognitive function, while Motus supports the connective tissue, bones and muscles that keep you moving. Four capsules a day, two from each bottle, replace what would otherwise take a cupboard of separate supplements.
1 Month Supply of Each · Suitable for Vegans · Non GMO · GMP Certified · Made in the UK

The two blends are designed to fill each other's gaps. Purus contains zinc and iron, and Motus contains copper, which the body relies on to move iron around and keep zinc and copper in balance, since zinc on its own can reduce how much copper you absorb. It works the other way too: the vitamin C in Purus is essential for making collagen, the protein your joints and connective tissue are built from, which Motus then supports with manganese and copper. Vitamin D in Motus also contributes to normal immune function, adding to Purus's immune support. Two blends, each doing its own job, and quietly making the other work better.
Think of these supplements as an addition to an already healthy lifestyle. They are not an overnight fix and benefits compound over time with consistent use, just like eating healthy, or doing exercise.
Both products are generally well tolerated. In the event of any unexpected reaction, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.
Yes but note that the best benefits come from consistent daily use.
